References to “Arizona Gun Owners Guide” pertain to us, the creators and managers of the affiliate program. “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person or entity agreeing to this Agreement. Both parties are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” You are obligated to inform us of any changes to your legal business name or ownership within twenty-four (24) hours via support@arizonagunownersguide.com.

You must provide complete and accurate information during your Affiliate application and maintain this accuracy throughout your participation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

You consent to be contacted via the provided email and phone number regarding your application and affiliate status, including automated and prerecorded messages from us or third-party services.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising, including those concerning truthful advertising and marketing specific to firearms. Affiliates are prohibited from making any false or misleading statements in their marketing efforts and must include all required legal disclaimers in their advertisements. Affiliates should also adhere to brand guidelines provided by Arizona Gun Owners Guide to ensure consistent branding. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

Upon approval, you will receive an Affiliate ID. This ID will be embedded in your unique URLs used for promotion. You are eligible for commissions between 15% to 20% for each sale traced back to your ID, depending on the specific product sold.

Important Notes:

• Commissions are finalized only after the sold account remains in good standing for 45 days post-sale.

• Payments are made on the 11th of each month following our receipt of payment for the sold accounts, provided the 11th is a business day. If the 11th falls on a holiday, payments will be issued on the next business day.

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues monthly unless terminated by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice. Termination may occur with or without cause and may be immediate if you fail to comply with the terms, based on our sole discretion.

You declare there are no pending government investigations against you related to consumer protection or advertising laws. You must notify us within 24 hours of any such investigations initiated post-agreement.

This Agreement, including the Terms of Service and additional terms herein, constitutes the entire agreement regarding your Affiliate relationship with Arizona Gun Owners Guide.

By becoming an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, and are solely responsible for your actions and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your affiliate activities.
